Owner of Evolve Athletic Club, Kim Ambrosio

With so many trendy fitness and wellness facilities popping up in the surrounding White Plains area, Kim wanted to establish a gym community that offers a clean, innovative and private, one-stop-shop approach to your overall wellness. Kim built a firm foundation and business to benefit anyone and everyone looking to maintain a fit lifestyle. General Manager and Coach, Chris Kievit

Coach Chris is an LIU Brooklyn Alumni with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science. He brings 10+ years’ of coaching to all fitness levels including beginners, teens, pregnant women, seniors, to top-level baseball players, swimmers and other college and professional athletes. Coach Chris specializes in therapeutic modalities, performance enhancement, corrective exercise, stretching, and recovery techniques. As a chosen career as a coach, Chris exhibits a passion and happiness behind seeing people conquer their struggles and reach heights they never thought possible.

Assistant Manager and Coach, Mike Luongo

Coach Mike is a Hofstra University Alum holding a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science. He brings 5 years’ experience as both a performance coach and trainer. He is USAW – SPC L1 certified and specializes in manual therapy and injury rehabilitation, proficient with athletic taping, bracing, sports safety and injury prevention. Coach Mike believes he can bring out a version in anyone that they never imagined. Whether it be relieving a pain thought they would live with forever or transforming their body to a version into a healthy one they’ve never seen before. Seeing his clients relieved and ultimately happy, and being a part of that entire process, is what Coach Mike defines as his purpose.

Kim is a lifelong Westchester County resident who believes Evolve Athletic Club is a perfect fit for this area. Having had a career in sales, Kim brings her outgoing personality, friendliness, and work experience to help expand our clientele and welcome new members. Massage Therapist, Hyra Zucker

Hyra studied at finger lake school of massage in Mt. Kisco and has been in the field practicing massage since 2016. Hyra believes her purpose is to share expert knowledge of wellness. Her training is to connect with people and assist people to live a healthy life. “I love giving massages. I can pick up on people’s energy- if they are feeling sad, anxious, stress.” Hyra is an expert in giving the most popular type of massage, deep tissue. She also takes the time to focus on the areas most people hold their stress; neck, shoulders, and lower back. Hyra is always expanding her education in the field. She hopes to gain more certifications in cellulite reduction massage, lymphatic drainage massage, cranial massage, and explore mediation teaching. “I was curious about happiness and how to have it forever. I spend a lot of time studying happiness, which I’ve learned needs to be maintained. I continued my research on maintaining happy and learned that effective communication is an efficient way to maintain happiness because self-compassion and connecting with other individuals is essential to maintain happiness. Also living authenticity is essential to happiness.”

Intern, CaLee Gelbaugh

CaLee is a Sports Science graduate student at Hofstra University with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. “I wanted to go into the sports science field, but having three knee surgeries during college and experiencing how much strength training helped me get back onto the court is what really drew my interest in the anatomy and biomechanics of the human body.” CaLee has played basketball her entire life and played Division-I basketball at Loyola University Maryland during my undergrad. Interning at Evolve Athletic Club she is learning about so many programs and how each one pertains to different clients needs and goals.  Also, she is surprised to learn how weakness in one area of the body can cause stress on other parts of the body and affect mobility. CaLee hopes to become a trainer because of her passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and help them see what they are capable of.
