Recovery is a pillar of Evolve Athletic club, dedicated to your total wellness. Our yoga classes are open to both members and non-members. Whether you would enjoy a more physically demanding yoga class, or opt for a basic level, relaxing, or meditative class, instructor Helen Lipson is here to whisk you away for one hour of relaxation. Join Helen for a mixed level vinyasa class where you will strengthen and lengthen the muscles, and calm the mind using your breath. Leave class feeling energized and invigorated. All you need to bring is an open mind and a positive attitude. Making yoga part of your everyday life has its benefits. A total mind-body workout, Yoga combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation. Lead by our female instructor, we welcome you to train your body to be strong, balanced, and flexible. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, are a beginner or a yogi, our experienced instructor tailors the class to you and peers; no two classes are alike. As per equipment, mats and blocks are included and provided.

 

Members can enjoy unlimited yoga for FREE until the end of 2018. Non.members, drop in for only $20.00 a class!
