BOOT CAMP

/PER MONTH

Drop in for one of our 15 weekly boot camp classes. Each hour class consists of high intensity interval training, strength, core, cardio, endurance and flexibility exercises, coupled with warm-up stretching and a cool down. We tailor each session to your needs and modify the workouts accordingly. Class size is under 20 campers. Your first session is on us!

OPEN GYM

/PER MONTH

Looking for independence with minimal guidance? Open gym is your ONE hour to workout however you feel. What better way to feel confident and stay safe while working out, then visiting the gym on your own time while being provided advice, spotting, by our coaches. Use “The Dojo”, a private small space to zone out and train isolated from the world.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Whether it’s to drop the baby weight, get ready for a competition, or simply ditch old habits for healthy new ones, we evaluate your current state and together devise a program for your workout and recovery. Your coach is dedicated to your overall health and wellness, starting by providing the motivation and support you need for each hour-long session.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

/PER MONTH

Just because you are in a group setting doesn’t mean you have to attain one goal; we understand your health and wellness goals, and simply coach in unison. Every month your coach will evaluate your needs, build a personal program, and track your progression. Come workout with close friends, your significant other, or a few people you feel comfortable with today!
